Aim: The purpose of this training is to equip the learner with the basic skills and competence required to enter into business negotiations, including rapport building, problem solving, decision making and dealing with difficult situations.

Participant Profile: Course is suitable for those who require skills and confidence necessary to carry out negotiations with other parties.

Duration: 1 day in a classroom setting

Entry Requirement: A strong level of spoken and written English required.
Assessment: Each learner will receive a Barrow Training Certificate of attendance which is valid for 2 years.
