Aim: The purpose of this training is to provide the learner with the skills and competence necessary to efficiently implement change in the organisation with little disruption
Participant Profile: Course is suitable for Senior Management, Supervisors and Managers, to assist in guiding teams through changes in the organisation.
Duration: 2 days in a classroom setting

Upon completion, the learner should be able to;

- Reinforce positive message and motivate their team in times of change

A strong level of spoken and written English required.
